By using the services provided by QR Harmony (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or attending our events.
Our custom QR gateways are intended to provide instant access to music, media, and marketing content.
Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or manipulate QR Harmony codes to access unauthorized data or disrupt our digital ecosystem.
Content Access: Access to content via our QR codes may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, or Instagram). We are not responsible for the functionality of these third-party platforms.
QR Harmony coordinates high-profile events, tours, and after-parties.
Admission: Entry to events is subject to venue capacity, age restrictions, and security protocols. Possession of a QR Harmony digital pass does not guarantee entry if venue rules are violated.
Conduct: We maintain a "Culture First" environment. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event for behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or unsafe.
Liability: Attendance at live events carries inherent risks. By attending, you waive QR Harmony, its officers (including Ron May and Talon Reid), and its partners from liability for personal injury or loss of property.
All content included on this site and within our QR ecosystem—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of QR Harmony or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not use the "QR Harmony" name or logo for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Artists and Brand Ambassadors working with QR Harmony are independent contractors or partners. While we facilitate these alignments, the views expressed by individual artists or influencers do not necessarily reflect the official stance of QR Harmony.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use our QR technology.
Interruptions in digital service.
Any interactions with third-party brands or artists linked via our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following these changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QR Harmony is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
